 HOW TO ORDER Disclaimer: All of our garments are specially hand-crafted in San Francisco. We select limited edition fabrics so that our line remains dynamic, unique, and continually changing with the times. We will do our best to accommodate your first request. Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee the fabric you have on receipt. OPTION 1: Step 1. Email us the name of the garment and the quantity you want to order at warriorwithindesigns@gmail.com. We will send you the order form and receipt of garment availability. Step 2. We will email you the order form. Fill out the order form and return to warriorwithindesigns@gmail.com. Step 3. Warrior Within Designs will confirm your order and send receipt. Step 4. Pay via the PayPal button on the collection item page (or contact us for other payment options). *Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. OPTION 2: Step 1. Select the order from for the garment of you want to purchase from the list to the right. Cut and paste into an email and send to warriorwithindesigns@gmail.com. Be sure to fill out each section. Step 2. Warrior Within Designs will confirm your order and send a purchas e receipt via email. Step 3. Pay via the PayPal button on the collection item page (or contact us for other payment options). * Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Warrior Within Designs now offers the capabilty to Skype with its customers remotely! If you are unsure of how to take your own measurements and need asisstance, you can now contact us via Skype. Our lead seamstress will provide a quick demo of how to measure your inseam, bust, waist, etc. Our Skype username is warriorwithindesigns. Return Policy
It is essential that you carefully review and confirm the details of your order before it is processed. Custom Made Garments are NOT RETURNABLE as they are made especially for you. We do our very best to provide you with a detailed description of our fabric’s nature and consistency before your selected garment goes into production. The fabric we carry varies in texture and may fit differently based on its unique qualities. The photos on our website do not accurately reflect the way our garments fit on everybody.The details of your order placement are therefore crucial to the fit of your garment.
We will confirm the details of your order via email (if it is an online order) or by paper receipt (if it is ordered at our store). Once you have confirmed the details in writing by returning the confirmation email or signing off upon ordering in person, the fee for the garment is no longer refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if, for some reason, the garment is damaged or destroyed. We want to ensure that your order exceeds your expectations and with that, we pledge to fully accommodate your needs and questions to the best of our ability before your order has been made.
