We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority shipping for both domestic and international packages.
All "ready-made" garments will ship within 2-3 business days of order. All Custom Garments will be shipped within 2 weeks of order.

Disclaimer on lost or stolen packages:
Please provide a safe address to receive your package. If the packages are "Delivered" via the USPS system but not received by the customer, it will be considered stolen. Warrior Within will then submit an insurance claim, but this takes time to process. Best is to provide a safe address upon shipping. Lost packages (packages that do not show as "Delivered" via USPS tracking system) are at the responsibility of Warrior Within to provide a new item to the customer.
Disclaimer on International Packages:
Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES I RETURNS
Your happiness is incredibly important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an exchange for another garment or return for store credit.
-Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
-International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
-To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn condition.
-You may return a garment for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase. You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.
-Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Warrior Within Designs.
-Any items purchased at a retail store must be exchanged/returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.
-All festival and event sales are final.
-All sale/clearance sales are final.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

*Be sure to get Delivery Confirmation. We cannot process your exchange/return if we do not receive your package.
2) Once we receive your exchange/return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit/refund. We will approve all exchanges/returns as long as the garment is in unworn condition. Warrior Within "customized-to-fit" garments are a special way to achieve superior fit. They are made just for you, according to your measurements and fabric selection. For this reason, customized-to-fit garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. In the event there was a mistake made on our part, we will offer a refund/exchange. We are happy to help you take accurate measurements and/or select a fabric based on your desire.
