All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending in your location.
Expedited & Rush Shipments will be shipped by the end of the following business day. We cannot ship orders same day.
Provide a Safe Address - it is VERY important you provide a safe address to receive your package. You may request "Signature on Delivery" at no extra cost. Include this request in the "notes section" of your order.
All "ready-made" garments will ship within 1-2 business days of your order, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Pre-Sale Items - Sometimes we offer an item pre-sale or on refill be sure to check the descriptions if you have a time constraint.
All International Orders are shipped via UPS, except Canadian packages.
All Canadian Packages are shipped USPS.
Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot control this cost and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any and all import fees.
Lost & Stolen Package Policy:
Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of Warrior Within Designs. Items will be replaced or refunded to the customer.
A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system.
Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.
A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. Warrior Within is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.
Please provide a safe address to receive your package.

EXCHANGES | RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with a Warrior Within Representative we do not offer refunds only exchange or credit.
- Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
- International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
- To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn or washed item.
- You may return a garment, including sale items, for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase. You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.
- Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Warrior Within Designs.
- Any items purchased at a retail store must be exchanged/returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.
- All festival and event sales are final.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
