Protect your purchase from Theft, Loss & Damage.
Unfortunately packages are often stolen after delivery, lost in transit or damaged in transit. Our insurance offers total peace of mind at an extremely affordable price. If your package is damaged, lost or stolen we will replace the order for you.
Package Protection – Any lost, damaged, or stolen package covered by Package Protection will be replaced or resent for all approved claims. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please notify us within 5 days of the delivery notification so we can help you locate it. If the package is not found within 7 days of the delivery date, you may submit a claim through our claims portal. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Warrior Within Designs is not liable for unprotected packages. If you opt-out of Package protection and your package is stolen, lost or damaged we will not offer a refund or replacement.
