FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $100

All Ready Made garments will be shipped thru United States Postal Service Priority (USPS) mail within 2-3 business days of order date.  

All Custom Garments will be shipped USPS Priority mail within 2 weeks of order.   

If you have other special shipping requirements please notify us at the time of your order.   If we can accommodate faster shipping we will but we cannot guarantee it.  There may be an additional fee which must be paid prior to order shipping.

Sorry No Returns, but we will gladly Exchange any order for another item or store credit.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of garment.

To be eligible for an Exchange/Return garment must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition (no exceptions to this rule).  If you wear it we can’t take it back.

You may Return a garment for any reason (within in 30 days) and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase.  You may use your store credit at anytime, it will not expire and is transferrable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Exchanging/Returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defects: If an item is defective we will happily prioritize your Exchange and cover the shipping cost to re-send the item.

**We examine every product before it goes out and we do our very best to ensure you receive to top quality product. If we make a mistake we’ll get it fixed right away.**

Online Orders: Only online orders may be Exchanged/Returned through Warrior Within Designs.

Retail Purchases: Any items purchased at a retail store must be Exchanged/Returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.

All Festival and Event Sales are Final

Custom Garment Orders: Not exchangeable because they were made especially for you.  We will accept and exchange or offer store credit if the garment is defective.  We require all custom orders to be submitted in writing to avoid any confusion.   Thank you for understanding how much hard work goes into custom orders.

Yes. You can turn on/off the animation in the Setting page.
Yes. You can turn on/off almost any blocks on the page (featured products, slideshow, banners, related products, recent products,...).
Yes, we have a setting for you to switch between these two options: Display on Hover and Display on Click.
Yes, we call it flat display and all you need to do is to turn on this option in the setting page.
The theme package includes theme source, Photoshop design files, sample data and manual guide.
Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
Yes, you can. You can also set image border colours.
Yes, you can. Just simply follow the instructions in our Manual Guide, you will be able to easily create a multi-level menu.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
