All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending in your location.  

Expedited & Rush Shipments will be shipped by the end of the following business day.  We cannot ship orders same day.  

Provide a Safe Address - it is VERY important you provide a safe address to receive your package. You may request "Signature on Delivery" at no extra cost. Include this request in the "notes section" of your order. 

All "ready-made" garments will ship within 1-2 business days of your order, unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

Pre-Sale Items - Sometimes we offer an item pre-sale or on refill be sure to check the descriptions if you have a time constraint. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All International Orders are shipped via UPS, except Canadian packages.

All Canadian Packages are shipped USPS.   

Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

We cannot control this cost and it is the customer's responsibility to pay any and all import fees.

Lost & Stolen Package Policy:

Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer. 

We offer incredible insurance that will cover lost packages with no questions asked. If you opt out of insurance coverage we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.                                                          

Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer. 

A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order.  Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service or UPS electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer.  Warrior Within is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.  

Please provide a safe address to receive your package.

Fringe(For All Kimonos)

  Dry Clean Only Fringe is Dry Clean Only but the fabric is washable.  To launder your Kimono you'll need a plastic bag and rubber band. Put the plastic bag around the fringe and secure it where the fabric meets the fringe.  Make sure it is tightly secured so no water gets in.  Now you have your fringe protected.  You can now gently HANDWASH the fabric with mild detergent (Woolite is great).  Dont use too much detergent.  Rise well.  Once washing is complete, remove the bag and lay flat to dry. It is important you lay flat to dry so the wetness from the fabric does not drip on the fringe.    You now have a clean Kimono with fringe in tact :)
In terms of other care of fringe....the thing that damages it is when it gets tangled which can happen if it gets caught in something or often when you sit on it and it catches.  So just be mindful when sitting on it or walking in places where it can catch like a forest.  My worst snag was on a trail where it got caught in the branches of a tree and was really hard to get out.  Once you are done wearing your kimono hang it and use your fingers to gently take out any minor tangles.  This way tangles don't build up and fringe stays nice and neat.

EXCHANGES | RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT.  Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with a Warrior Within Representative we do not offer refunds only exchange or credit.  

- Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

- International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.

- To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition.  Item must be free of any odor (smoke, perfume, incense etc) & free of any visible animal hair or other markings. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn, washed or soiled item. 

- You may return a garment, including sale items, for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase. You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.

- Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Warrior Within Designs.

- Any items purchased at a retail store must be exchanged/returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.

- All festival and event sales are final.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
