Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose—some are faster, some more economical—but either way, we’ll get your order on the move as soon as possible. Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days. During busy times (like launches, holidays, or sales), processing may take up to 2-3 business days.

- USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for certain services, so delays outside of our control are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Lost & Stolen Package Policy:
Lost Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.
We offer incredible insurance that will cover lost packages with no questions asked. If you opt out of insurance coverage we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.
A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by USPS, FedEx or UPS electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. Warrior Within is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.
Please provide a safe address to receive your package.

Fringe is Dry Clean Only but the fabric is washable. It is safe to dry clean the kimono. To launder your Kimono yourself you'll need a plastic bag and rubber band. Put the plastic bag around the fringe and secure it where the fabric meets the fringe. Make sure it is tightly secured so no water gets in. Now you have your fringe protected. You can now gently HANDWASH the fabric with mild detergent (Woolite is great). Dont use too much detergent. Rinse well. Once washing is complete, remove the bag and lay flat to dry. It is important you lay flat to dry so the wetness from the fabric does not drip on the fringe. You now have a clean Kimono with fringe in tact :)
In terms of other care of fringe....the thing that damages it is when it gets tangled which can happen if it gets caught in something or often when you sit on it and it catches. So just be mindful when sitting on it or walking in places where it can catch like a forest. My worst snag was on a trail where it got caught in the branches of a tree and was really hard to get out. Once you are done wearing your kimono hang it and use your fingers to gently take out any minor tangles. This way tangles don't build up and fringe stays nice and neat.

EXCHANGES | RETURNS POLICY
To start a return or exchange please use our RETURN PORTAL
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an EXCHANGE for another garment or return for STORE CREDIT. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance with a Warrior Within Representative we do not offer refunds only exchange or credit.
- Domestic exchanges/returns must be made within 14 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label.
- International exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from when the package was sent to the customer, per the date on the shipping label. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for international returns.
-Items Marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned. These items are discounted 55% - 70% Off and there is limited stock. No exceptions on this policy.
-Package Protection & Free Return Shipping - you may opt in for Package Protection which ensures your package against loss, damage or theft. More info found here: Package Protection You may opt in for Free Return Shipping - which will allow to ship any exchange back to us at no cost to you. You may do more than one exchange if needed.
- To be eligible for an exchange/return, garments must be in original, unworn & unwashed condition. Item must be free of any odor (smoke, perfume, incense etc) & free of any visible animal hair or other markings. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange of a worn, washed or soiled item.
- You may return a garment, including sale items (excluding FINAL SALE Items), for any reason and receive store credit in the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping fees paid). You may use your store credit at any time. It will not expire and is transferable.
- Only online orders may be exchanged/returned through Warrior Within Designs.
- Any items purchased at a retail store must be exchanged/returned through the retail store and in accordance with their policies.
- All festival and event sales are final.
- For domestic customers if you purchase return coverage at time of checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
-Package Protection - Any lost, damaged or stolen package under package protection will be replaced/resent via an approved claim. Submit your claim with 14 days of receipt (or delivery date) through the returns portal below.

We will approve all exchanges/credits as long as the garment is in unworn, unwashed, like-new condition & within our return window.
